How to Place an Order

  1. Select desired products by clicking "Add to Cart"
  2. View cart and either continue shopping or proceed to checkout
  3. Log in to your account or register if you're a new customer
  4. Confirm your shipping address
  5. Select shipping method
  6. Choose payment method
  7. Review order details and accept terms & conditions
  8. Click "Confirm Order" to complete your purchase

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Online Payment Gateways (where available)

After making a bank transfer, please provide:

  • Transaction ID
  • Upload Payment Receipt

Note: Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

Managing Your Account

  • To update your information, go to "Dashboard" > "Manage Profile"
  • Forgot your password? Click "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions

Order Cancellation

  • Only applicable for orders with "pending" status
  • Email info@winningvape.com with subject "Request to cancel order"
  • Orders already being processed/shipped cannot be cancelled
