How to Place an Order
- Select desired products by clicking "Add to Cart"
- View cart and either continue shopping or proceed to checkout
- Log in to your account or register if you're a new customer
- Confirm your shipping address
- Select shipping method
- Choose payment method
- Review order details and accept terms & conditions
- Click "Confirm Order" to complete your purchase
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
- Bank Transfer
- Online Payment Gateways (where available)
After making a bank transfer, please provide:
- Transaction ID
- Upload Payment Receipt
Note: Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.
Managing Your Account
- To update your information, go to "Dashboard" > "Manage Profile"
- Forgot your password? Click "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions
Order Cancellation
- Only applicable for orders with "pending" status
- Email info@winningvape.com with subject "Request to cancel order"
- Orders already being processed/shipped cannot be cancelled
